Isabel Huribal M.S., CCC-SLP TSSLD
Isabel Huribal is the founder of Southern Connecticut Speech & Language Therapy with a medically oriented Master’s degree in speech-language pathology.
Isabel has worked in a variety of settings and with diverse populations. Previously, Isabel worked in neonatal and pediatric intensive care units, private practice, and schools in California, New York, and Connecticut. Isabel also has experience with using American Sign Language.
Isabel believes in a family-centered approach to therapy, which focuses on how to incorporate each clients unique goals into their daily lives. The transition from inside to outside the therapy room should be seamless. To make this possible, Isabel likes to train both the client, as well as the family, partner, or caregiver on how to easily meet the clients needs on a daily basis.
