These Terms of Use are entered into by and between You and Southern Connecticut Speech & Language Therapy (“we,” “our” or “us”). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Southern Connecticut Speech & Language Therapy website (the “Site”). Southern Connecticut Speech & Language Therapy provides this site to you subject to the following Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you use this Site, you agree to abide by these terms.

You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to this Site so long as the link does not portray Southern Connecticut Speech & Language Therapy, its affiliates or its services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive manner.

Without limiting the foregoing, we have the right to cooperate fully with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or other information of anyone posting any materials on or through the Site. Separate Agreements

You may have entered into other agreements with Southern Connecticut Speech & Language Therapy. Those agreements are separate and in addition to these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use do not modify, revise or amend the terms of any other agreements you may have with Southern Connecticut Speech & Language Therapy.

If any of these terms shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that term shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Southern Connecticut Speech & Language Therapy and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to any use of the Site’s content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use, or your use of any information obtained from the Site.

Waiver and Severability

No waiver by the Southern Connecticut Speech & Language Therapy of any term or condition set out in these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of the Southern Connecticut Speech & Language Therapy to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.

This Site is operated by Southern Connecticut Speech & Language Therapy.

We reserve the right to remove any content that allegedly infringes a third party’s copyright or otherwise violates the rights of any third party, or for any reason whatsoever, and to prohibit further use of the Site by the individuals responsible for said infringement or violation. We also reserve the right to pursue any party that submits an erroneous declaration.
